CIRCUITS

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

This class combines compound lifts with athletic, functional movements in a fast-paced circuit designed to build strength, stamina and real-life power.

A variety of equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, rowers, etc…makes it very versatile and effective.

These classes vary in format and are very high energy!

SHRED

Monday and Thursday

This format keeps you at one station while you build serious strength through intentional lifting. Programming prioritizes strength and hypertrophy, with HIIT components layered in. Some sessions are exclusively strength-based only.

You decide how heavy you go.

HYROX

Saturday

HYROX is the World Series of Fitness Racing. The race combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championship at the end of each race season.
