Owner and CEO

Monday 9:30, Thursday 6:00am

Cassidy is the Owner and CEO of Train Insane, which she started in 2018. What began as group fitness classes at VASA has grown into two locations; Orem, where it all started, and Highland, which opened this year.

She’s been in fitness her entire life. A former softball player at UVU, Cassidy has always been drawn to training that pushes limits and builds both physical and mental strength. After graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in Community Health, she started teaching high-energy classes like Insanity and Pump, where she quickly fell in love with the group fitness environment.

Cassidy’s motto is “You’re capable of anything—it’s your mind you have to convince.” It’s the foundation of everything she does, and the reason she’s so passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and belief in themselves through hard training and community.

Katie loves being part of the Train Insane team! She is a wife and mother of two energetic boys. Growing up, she saw her mom wake up and workout at 5 every morning, but didn't find her own passion for fitness until college. What started as a way to manage stress and TMJ quickly became her number one hobby. While Katie originally came to Train Insane for the intense workouts, it's the community and energy that kept her coming back. There's nothing quite like being surrounded by amazing women pushing themselves to reach their goals. Katie wants you to celebrate the little wins and have the confidence to push to new limits. She hopes to make everyone who comes to Train Insane feel welcome walking in and proud walking out.

HEIDI NELSON

Chelsea was a member at Train Insane for 6 years before becoming a trainer. She taught High Fitness and Yoga for the past decade and believes workouts should be just as fun as they are effective. Her style is playful and designed to keep you moving, laughing, and wondering how you’re suddenly doing things you didn’t think you could.

She’s all about helping people realize they’re stronger than they think. Whether it’s picking up heavier weights, pushing through one more round, or just showing up on a day you’d rather not, she’s there to help you prove something to yourself.

When she’s not coaching at Train Insane, she’s juggling life with her husband, Eric, two kids, and a full-time job in tech — so she fully understands the chaos, the time crunch, and the need to make every workout count.
