An Experience.

The group fitness style of Train Insane creates a positive, encouraging and supportive atmosphere to propel you to push your limits and attain the results you deserve.

Train Insane is a uniquely designed program that incorporates a combination of strength and cardio circuts. Each workout format varies daily, using a mix of hand weights, barbells, kettlebells, bosu balls, trx bands, punching bags, sleds, medicine balls, rowers, pull-up bars, battle ropes, bands, court work, hitt and cardio spurts.

Class Schedule

DAY CARE

Daycare Available for the M-F 8 am classes and T/Th 9 am classes.  Cost is $2 per child/per class.  Please DM @traininsaneclasses and Venmo to reserve your spot.

Our memberships are booked in 8 week sessions, and session classes are grouped by specific days and times that remin the same throughout the entire session. Please see our polices for more info.

1 Day / Week

$60

per 8 Week Session

This class is only held on Mondays at 6 am.  The format is a little different from our other formats and involves more HIIT cardio and bodyweight movements. 

1 Day / Week

$90

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Saturdays only. The format of this class is weight stations combined with cardio.

2 Days / Week

$175

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Tuesdays and Thursdays.  You choose the time, but it is the same time for both days.  (i.e. T/Th 6 am or T/Th 7 am, etc.)

3 Days / Week

$225

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  You choose the time, but it is the same time for all days.  (i.e. M/W/F 5 am or M/W/F 9:30 am, etc.) An option for 3 day/week could also be a T/Th class + a 1 day/week class if there is room in the 1/day week.

4 Days / Week

$275

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays + a 1 day/week class like a Saturday.  

5 Days / Week

$325

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Mondays - Fridays at the same time every day, or you can choose to have a different time for M/W/F than T/Th.  

6 Days / Week

$375

per 8 Week Session

This option is for Mondays - Saturdays.  You can attend the same time every day, or you can choose to have a different time for M/W/F than T/Th and Saturday.
