Subscribe and you will receive 9 rotating workouts (oldest 2 workouts rotate out every week and are replaced with 2 new fresh workouts) each workout is between 30-60 minutes. Workouts include a combination of weights, HIIT and cardio.
Recommended equipment for max workout: Dumbbells, a resistance band, aerobic step bench, stability ball and med ball. (workouts can be done by substituting equipment or modifying the move and using no equipment)
